Imperial College NHS Trust is one of the biggest NHS Trusts in the country using Cerner Millennium PAS. They have a massive change programme with numerous enhancements and changes deployed on a weekly basis. In addition to this, there are also a number of Cerner packages and patches installed regularly.

To provide assurance that these frequent changes are not impacting any of the critical workflows affecting patient safety, Technest provides them with a regression assurance service which includes:

• Execution of core regression test scripts every week
• Logging & retesting issues identified during the test windows
• Highlighting test script changes to ensure they are always current
• Assist in executing test scripts through to reporting

Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust in London is in the process of replacing their existing EPR system with Cerner Millennium. The project timescales were very ambitious and ensuring that tight test timescales are adhered to was key for meeting the release date.

Technest provided a number of test assurance activities for all 3 phases of ChelWest deployments to assist with executing the test scripts as per agreed schedule. This included executing and assisting with the below activities:
